A Verse to Remember?

I and my husband were the MYF counselors for years. My practice was to take the roll by saying their name and they were to answer with a Bible verse they had memorized. Once, when I called his name, Wayne answered, "Jesus wept, Moses slept and Peter went fishing." I said, "Wayne do you believe that's a verse in the Bible?" He answered, "No I don't. But it's still a good one."
